Lake Park Village

TLDR: If you are a responsible tenant, you will love this place.

I lived in a 2-bedroom unit for 5 years and I don't have a single bad thing to say. It was spotless when I moved in. My rent went up every year pretty much identical to inflation, but was consistently cheaper than any other comparable places nearby. And the campus is well taken care of and much more inviting and quiet, especially considering all of the units are single-story.

Their units are built on a slab, so I never had any... issues with rodents or pests. And the area is very nice. It feels "just off the beaten path", so-to-speak, but is still less than 10 minutes from all kinds of businesses in Streetsboro.

The property management staff are genuinely good people. They run a tight ship, but they truly care about making sure eveyone is taken care of and feels at home.

Maintenance was always carried out quickly and efficiently, and I was always notified well in advance anytime someone would need to enter my apartment.

This is my first time renting. The property manager was very kind and welcoming. My one bedroom suit is bright and open with ample space and pull down steps with an enormous storage area! It sits in a “natural” country setting with 2 beautiful, clean lakes that add to the tranquil country setting with beautiful wildlife. The property is maintained impeccably! The landscaping is beautiful in summer and winter. The snow removal on the driveways and sidewalks is welcoming when having to walk... or drive. My wife and I were shopping for apartments in Cleveland and were impressed by Lake Park Village. A large part of that is thanks to Susan who works in the office managing the property and is on top of things. You could tell that they ran a tight ship. With our jobs at the time the location wasn't right but two years later when my wife switched jobs to nearby Stow I knew who to call. This place ticked all the boxes for us, first floor, close parking, vaulted ceilings, and a fishing pond outside... your front door! The attic space was a plus. The layout of the place really made it feel like a home. Clean. No major maintenance issues and very quick responses to routine fixes. Nice landscaping. In winter keep sidewalks and lots clear of snow. Streetsboro itself is next to a lot of highways so it was easy to get places and lots of great restaurants nearby. Quite reasonable rent. We would still be living here if it wasn't for a job offer down in Columbus I couldn't pass up. If you are looking for a place in the area do yourself and favor and visit Lake Park Village. Lake park village is very nice, mostly because it is in the City, but sets back far off the road to give you that country feel. The complex buildings are all one floor, so no worrying about climbing stairs or getting lost in hallways. The staff are very accommodating, and the facilities are always clean. The apartment has high living/dining room ceiling and there is plenty of closet space. I enjoy living here.
