We are a "pet-friendly" community, welcoming both cats and dogs* (only one pet per suite). Qualifying pets require a one-time non-refundable payment of only $250, with the execution of a Pet Addendum, and the monthly rent is increased by $25. *Dogs must be 50lbs and under.
