Kirkwood Bluffs is a Pet Friendly Community! We accept cats and dogs, however there are certain breed and weight restictions on dogs. The pet deposit is $300.00 ($150.00 non-refundable) per apartment with a $20.00 pet fee per pet, per month. Two pets maximum in select apartments.
