Broad Ripple Trails

As my first apartment living alone it is affordable and area is decent, but it is old, maintenance is slow and lazy, the shared washers are half broken. They do a nice job of making sure the area is clean, landscaping is nice. Though for my move in date, I show up, and the apartment is a mess, carpet not cleaned yet, and stains everywhere, classic white paint (I didn't have a "new renovated unit"). The water boiler went out once a month and my ceiling was leaking water from a above units'... dishwasher and they took a whole month to fix the hole from it. The conditions are to horrible to work in black mold everywhere these apartments are deteriorating from the inside there unsafe to work in there also unsafe to live in

Where do I start? I new management is horrible. They lack compassion and do not listen to concerns. They also are fixing up the property on the exterior but they are not fixing the major issues. I have been living here for almost four years and I have had horrible issues with the plumbing. I have had several water leaks. One in the kitchen and I lost count of how many I have had in the bathroom. One night it was leaking so bad I emptied 8 buckets of water. I called on-call maintenance and they... didn't come until 10am the next day and I could not use my toilet because the water was leaking above my toilet. It was the only toilet I have and I have a child. I also have had ongoing issues with my refrigerator which I have put in a lot of work orders for. They come and "fix" it and I still have to throw food away because it does not regulate temperature correctly. Then there is the oven. You cannot even bake anything in it because it does not work correctly. Also they left me without a furnace for 2 weeks one winter. Then when they finally put a new one in it kept breaking down. I’ve been living here for 2 months and have had zero issues. I’m definitely a fan. It’s also really nice they have an option to pay through the Zelle app. Definitely a good place

I moved into broad ripple trails right after my divorce and it was my first time being on my own. Plus, being a first time single mother it was a great way to start the new chapter in our lives. Maintenance staff were quick and very handy, office staff were nice and always ready to assist my needs. With the cookouts and pools we had so much to do at this complex. So grateful for this place and all it did for my new beginning.
