I have lived in beavrcreek/Fairborn area for a decade. I lived in Forest Lane/ Highlands, those are more suited for students going to wright state. Aston brooke and Stonefalls are the best in town. I give the edge to Village at stone falls for the staff and maintenance plus they take care of the water/sewer/trash. Water bill in beave
I've lived here a total of twice over 3 years. The staff is very friendly, professional, and the location is great! Very military friendly.
