The location is great for the price. Pretty minimal issues and was able to resolve them. New office manager is great, maintenance guy is good too. Overall it was a good 2 years.

I am grateful to have called this place my home for almost 5 years. And the best part in our newest manager is amazing and understanding and a real human being.

I moved here in June and it's absolutely everything that I've been looking for. I read the horrible reviews on here from a couple years ago but apparently things have really improved drastically. It is very quiet here, no carjackings or major crime problems. You definitely feel safe enough to walk outdoors & to sit on your balcony. The maintenance will get everything done within a sufficient amount of time, I've even bragged about there quick response time. You have washer / dryer hookup,... fireplace, dishwasher, and my electric bill is no more than $50 monthly. This complex has residents who: allow dogs to defecate without cleaning it up, criminal records, shoot guns, dirty and rundown areas, employees who answer their phone that hangs up on you, fail to work with any respectable/ethical standard nor any safe or secure areas.
