My daughter lives here and I would ...

My daughter lives here and I would like to stick up and say this is a nice complex, better then Village Green of Waterford. They have a nice pool. Its located across the street from Lakecrest Baptist church which is a plus and most apartments are 1 bath. Pet fees are normal because pets cause damage. A lot of communities don't allow

I've been here for about 2 years and I'd recommend others to live here. It's very affordable, quaint, nice staff, nice area, and I have good neighbors. We are all considerate of each other and know each others schedule so we keep an eye out for one another. It's just me and my cat so having attentive neighbors makes me much more comf

Not as bad as people say

When I moved here people warned me that it was dangerous and that cops had to be called all the time. I do not know if it is just my building but everyone is pretty quiet.
