Willow Bend is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home with weight restriction of 85lbs. for dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. There is an additional monthly rent of $30 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
