Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community. $20 per month per pet; $150 deposit per pet and 1 time $150 pet fee. Each apartment has a maximum of two pets. The weight limit is a combined weight of both pets at 70lbs per apartment. The dog restrictions are as follows; we do not accept Pit Bulls/American Stafford-shire Terriers, Dobermans, German Shepard, Boxers, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, Wolf, or Bulldogs.
