language Barrier/Staff wont’t honor pricing on this site
I tried calling for an appointment, and the person who answered the phone did not speak English. Rather than transferring me to someone who speaks English they asked me to call back. When I went to the site, I had trouble finding the clubhouse. I tried calling again, and I had the same language barrier to overcome to figure out where to go. The person who showed me the apartment was the same person I couldn’t communicate with on the phone due to language differences. When my agent called to see... if there were any available apartments with no stairs available, she was told yes. When I saw the apartment I found that entry to it required navigation of a minimum of 2 steps. I didn’t even apply for an apartment because I figured if they were this difficult to work with when I’m looking, what would it be like if I lived there. I don’t need that kind of headache at home,
