This place is truly a diamond in the rough. You’ll never find a place as clean, tidy, safe, and quiet at this price point. This low cost month-to-month spot may be the perfect place for someone on a temporary work assignment. The on-site manager, Suzanne, is very friendly and attentive to the property. I never saw a single pest, and the landscaping was always clean and fresh. The included assigned parking is a total God send. Half of the spots feel very privately tucked away between the property... and a hillside. The construction isn’t brand new, but it’s everything you could ever need packaged in a clean, sturdy, homey feeling.

At the time of this review, the property is called home by numerous public service professionals to include prior military and current law enforcement.

I really like the 1 bedroom apartment, but i need a dog oriented place to live. Very nice manager and she really maintains the property.

I really like the floor plan of the one-bedroom apartment but really need a "pet friendly community". The manager, Suzanne was very nice and helpful and even referred me to other pet friendly properties in the area. Nicely mantained!

I moved in a few months ago and i absolutely love this place! Management was always very helpful and friendly. Neighbors are very kind and welcoming. I’m a young firefighter and it can be difficult at times to schedule but that was never a problem since management always worked with me and made it a very easy and simple experience! I’m very grateful to live here and I highly recommend.

I've been in a downstairs apartment going on 2 years and I've never had any plumbing issues. I love it here. It's quiet and well maintained and friends who visit me always comment that's it's so chill here. Neighbors are cool and rest is pretty cheap for the area. No complaints!
