Great place, sadly my husband and I are not renewing only because it was too small and they didn't have a bigger size available at a price we were willing to pay. Convienient to Austin and Round Rock

The Renaissance at North Bend apartments are very nice. They offer very spacious 2 bedrooms apartments, some with pool views and fireplaces. The covered parking is very convenient, and the garages and covered spaces are affordable. They are in a very quiet area too. There is a police station next door, and a Sonic right next to that.

GREAT APARTMENT LOCATION IN NORTH AUSTIN

The Renaissance Apartments are located right off Parmer Lane and Metric Blvd. They are only a few minutes away from I35 and Mopac. They have great, a very large pool, clean gym, and the apartment sizes are excellent for the price. Our 3rd floor apartment has a great gas fireplace, and the kitchen is very spacious. Lived her a year now so got a good feel

Lived her a year now so got a good feel for the place. Have had a couple of communication issues with the management staff but have always been able to get them worked out. The place is great for the price. If you are looking for a balance between price and and living then this is the place. Also great location.

The Renaissance at North Bend is my home

I am currently living here right now and they are the best staff i have ever encountered with apartments.... weird. It seems like they really care about you and your well being! This place in north austin and is perfect for quiet living and is right down the block from evrything you need to live!
