This apartment complex is really good so far. We just moved in a few weeks ago and so far we haven't had any problems with noise, parking, or any other typical apartment problems. The staff is also very friendly and prompt with responses. Plus, the location is great. There are restaurants, stores, and other great things to do wit

We have lived here almost a year and so far we are very happy with the property and staff. The apartment is beautiful and the staff is very customer service oriented and take questions and concerns seriously. We also love that we are next door to a police station. We thought the third floor would be a nightmare but we love it! It's v
Great place, sadly my husband and I are not renewing only because it was too small and they didn't have a bigger size available at a price we were willing to pay. The managment is so nice though, they knew our faces and our names. Armando is great! Neighbors are kind of loud sometimes (we're 2nd floor so sandwiched in between) the
great location, very big property and friendly staff. Its located very close to all grocery stores and gas stations. Bus stop is right outside of the apprtment.
The Renaissance Apartments are located right off Parmer Lane and Metric Blvd. They are only a few minutes away from I35 and Mopac. They have great, a very large pool, clean gym, and the apartment sizes are excellent for the price. Our 3rd floor apartment has a great gas fireplace, and the kitchen is very spacious. We also had a walk
The Renaissance at North Bend apartments are very nice. They offer very spacious 2 bedrooms apartments, some with pool views and fireplaces. The covered parking is very convenient, and the garages and covered spaces are affordable. They are in a very quiet area too. There is a police station next door, and a Sonic right next to that.
Lived her a year now so got a good feel for the place. Have had a couple of communication issues with the management staff but have always been able to get them worked out. The place is great for the price. If you are looking for a balance between price and and living then this is the place. Also great location.
The short version, this is a great complex. If you're on the fence, give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. I normally hate apartment complexes. I typically have issues with neighbors' volume levels, security, ammenities, prices, and any number of issues that just make apartment living a pain. Not here, it's been great since da

Very nice apartment. Been here for about a year. Mgt seems nice enough and has responded quickly, the grounds are well maintained, and I like that the aparment has worked on repainting its buildings. Best of all, the apratment must be very well maintained, because my electric bills have been dramatically lower this year. Only pro

Living here for almost a year now. It's now summer 2011. For the last year I have never heard any fights, police coming or any yells, music or loud parties in the nights. In two other appartments I've lived before I had at least 1 or 2 apartments who loved to party; no one like this in my hearing distance so far. Management is polit
It's been 6 months since I moved to the Renaissance At North Bend. I am happy to report that living here continues to be a great experience. The staff here is great. My ceiling fan went out a few weeks ago, and they had it fixed within 4 hours of putting in a work request, no kidding. That is the only maintenance that my apt has
I've lived in multiple apartment complexes, and this by far the best place I have ever lived.I lived at the complex from 7/09 to 7/10, and only moved because my new job is on the opposite side of town and the commute was killing me. I lived in the 2/2 "Primrose" layout for $769 a month. The apartment is huge, big windows, loads of cl
