Management is NEVER in on site office and maintenance can’t be reached either..ESPECIALLY during EMERGENCIES such as: PLUMBING,ELECTRICAL & FIRES in Nova townhomes building.Only 42 units and building is BARELY livable.More than half the building has signed a petition asking for livable conditions and NOTHING has been done to rectify the uninhabitable conditions in the building.
