Great Service

I live here at Village Of Woodshire and things have changed within several months for the good. I had an issue with my apartment and called to the office for service repairs. Immediately the office staff sent someone over to solve the problem. The next day someone called back from the office to verify the issue was fixed and I love

They seem to care about the residents so much and I would love to stay here and renew my lease. Worst experience ofr my life.

I only lived there for one month. I am 64 years old and have emphysema. For 10 days of the month that I lived there I had no air conditioning during temperatures of 105 degrees and called the office every day to get it fixed and just kept getting put off. the size isnt bad but the never fix anything and something breaks everyday so it never ends ive been waiting for them to fix window for over a year if my lease was up id be gone anybody who lives here will tell u same thing there all worthless and infested with bugs im gone as soon as possible

This place has been great to me!

Overall, I feel the Village of Woodshire is a great place to live. I have lived here for almost 7 years now and I have no major complaints. My neighbors are friendly. I like the wooded view from my balcony and the free cookies in the office. Overall, I am happy here at the Village of Woodshire!!
