Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 2 cat & dogs per household. Please note: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $350 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $100 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $20 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
