Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $200 non-refundable fee for cats and dogs and a 40 pound weight limit. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
