Headline says it all, other then that I liked the property its ok for Waterbury, but, I cannot give a better rating as long as Hook & Go is their towing company

The property
our move in was very easy with Jennifer. she explained everything with patience. the tenants we met were very friendly and welcoming. the apartment was very clean and ready to move in.

Wonderful and friendly enviornment
This building is convenient to all stores and many restaurants. It has a laundry room on every floor, central air, fitness center, and the common areas are well cared for by the staff. I have lived here for going on three years and love it.
