Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $250 non-refundable fee for cats and dogs and a 40 pound weight limit. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

From the Galleria off 610 Loop on Westheimer, keep driving east pasing up several tempting restaurants and shopping centers until you pass the light Dunvale where Wal-Mart and verizon wirelss are located. Our office is in front and on the left side, see our tall beautiful balloons on the left. he Arbors is From 59 South, exit left onto Fondren under the 59. At the light of Westheimer is starbucks, make a right and stay in the right lane. Coming up you will see our new neighbors Chick-Fil-A and Target, then you will see our big beautiful balloons on the parking sign waiting for you to enter our office. From the Sam Houston Toll Rd exit and make a left on Westheimer under the bridge. Keep coming down the lights you will pass Burger king on the right. When you come up to the light of Fondren where Hollywood Video is on the left side, get into the far right lane pass up starbucks. We are next door to Target with all the big balloons in the parking space that awaits you.
