Pet Policy

Winridge is a pet friendly community accepting both cats and dogs. There is a limit of 2 animals per apartments. There are no weight limits regarding pets, there are only breed Restrictions apply to the following: Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Pitbulls. All dogs must be over the age of nine months. Pet fee non-funundable of $150 per pet and $150 refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $20/month per pet.
