We moved here in December of 2010 and have not had too many problems. However, the property could be kept cleaner in the halls of the buildings. I have not seen any fights or drug use but we did have a robbery right in front of our apt with a delivery boy. I have only seen one roach and quickly addressed that problem. I am not a dirt
i moved into the apartments in september of 2010. they are not terrible, as in, i have seen worse. however our apartment was not in the greatest shape when we moved in, nor was the building or surrounding buildings. nothing has been fixed. but i havent heard of too many complaints either. im sure if there was any problems they could
Cherokee Park has really cleaned itself up! The office staff is wonderfully pleasent and helpful. The apartments are huge for the prices. They are pet friendly . The neighborhood is located in a good area and is right across from a baptist church....
