Pet Policy

We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a combined weight limit of 70lbs.Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 for pets up to 35 lbs/$400 for pets over 36 lbs and our pet rent is $25 per month (not per pet).We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From the East (Virginia Beach, Newport News Area) Take I-64 West to exit 243 Business Route (Left Exit). At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Merrimac Trail. Pass Farm Fresh grocery store (on right) The Parkway is located immediately on the left. From the West (Richmond, Charlottesville, I95) Take I-64 East to exit 238 Camp Perry Exit (first exit after the Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park). Turn right onto Route 143. Turn left onto 2nd Street. At the next light, turn left onto Merrimac Trail/Route 143. The Parkway is about a 1/4 mile on the left.
