Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 70 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $25 per month. Fee is per home. Vet records are required. No exotic or caged pets. Pet fees are $200 for pets under 25 lbs. and $400 for pets 26-70 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From the East (Virginia Beach, Newport News Area) Take I-64 West to exit 243 Business Route (Left Exit). At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Merrimac Trail. Pass Farm Fresh grocery store (on right) The Parkway is located immediately on the left. From the West (Richmond, Charlottesville, I95) Take I-64 East to exit 238 Camp Perry Exit (first exit after the Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park). Turn right onto Route 143. Turn left onto 2nd Street. At the next light, turn left onto Merrimac Trail/Route 143. The Parkway is about a 1/4 mile on the left.
