Pet Policy
We realize that your pets are important members of your family. We welcome up to 3 pets per home (max. 2 dogs) with no weight restrictions. Our non-refundable pet fees are $300 for the 1st pet and $150 for additional pets. Our pet rent is $25 a month per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
