Because we recognize the desire to have your pets near, your pets are welcome to share your apartment home with you. We allow all domestic cats. Dogs of all weights are permitted at Peppermill Village, however we do have a breed restriction policy. We welcome up to two pets in each home and we collect a $150 one-time fee and $20 additionally each month for each pet residing in your apartment home.
