I never had a problem there. I lived there for about a year. Its quiet. You feel secure, its clean, and I had no problems with the management. I kept my place in good condition, and got a full refund on my deposit when I had to move out.

It's a shame people take so much time to write such hateful messsage which have nothing to do with the current management. It is in no way the fault of the employees working hard that office members have changed. Change is not always bad and in River Oaks case is wonderful because they are actually gettting things done.
