Nice neighborhood, I like it!
I have lived at River Oak for a year now, and I really like it! I love my neighbors, this is the only place I've ever renewed my lease at. The last place I lived had a lot of kids (my car got egged twice!). I haven't any vandalization of my vehicle here and there is not a lot of noise or rowdy kids. I do not like how small the par

My only problem is they are raising the rent AGAIN for some reason. The management has always been really helpful to me, but sometimes t
I thought it was nice
I never had a problem there. I lived there for about a year. Its quiet. You feel secure, its clean, and I had no problems with the management. I kept my place in good condition, and got a full refund on my deposit when I had to move out.
It's a shame people take so much time to write such hateful messsage which have nothing to do with the current management. It is in no way the fault of the employees working hard that office members have changed. Change is not always bad and in River Oaks case is wonderful because they are actually gettting things done.
