We allow a maximum of 2 cats per household. Please note: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (these include but are not limited to: Doberman Pinchers, Rotweilers, Chows, Akitas, and Pit Bulls). Weight restrictions may apply. There is a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee (per pet) plus a monthly pet charge (per pet) applied to your lease upon acceptance.
