Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 1 cat & dogs per household. Please note: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home with a weight limit of 20 lbs. There will be a $300 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $150 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $20 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
