The Shelby is in the heart of Belltown, Seattle's most exciting neighborhood. The community gives a good vibe, both outside and in. The homes are adorned with exceptional interiors featuring granite, natural wood trimmings, and elegant touches. We have less than 100 apartments so we can focus on you. Now, for what sets the Shelby apart from our neighbors. Service and the sense of Community. We do everything we can to make our residents life here simple, fun and memorable. It starts when you move in. We will buy you lunch on move in day, and a cupcake from Yellow Leaf Cupcake Co, if you are interested. We throw monthly resident gatherings so you can meet your neighbors, who, again, are the best residents in Belltown....Or one of our Sunday morning breakfasts, or both! If you miss those, we have them every month. We have all the services you will need. We can call a cab, make a dinner reservation, sign for and deliver packages, schedule housekeepers, send a fax, valet dry cleaning twice a week, and more. We also have the items necessary when things are not going as well, like jumper cables, car battery charger, fix a flat, plunger (yeah, I said it), and an onsite management and maintenance team that are willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Come by for a grand tour. You will have a good time, and get a taste of what The Shelby is all about.
