I've lived in 5 apartments since I graduated high school. This was by far the best. The layout was very spacious and the walls are concrete, so you don't hear your neighbors. I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top (11th) floor on the corner and the rent was $800/month which included all electricity, water, garbage, sewer, you name it
I am very happy with my apartment at Lane Tower. The construction is SOLID so you never hear your neighbors through the walls or ceiling/floor.
