I've lived in 5 apartments since I graduated high school. This was by far the best. The layout was very spacious and the walls are concrete, so you don't hear your neighbors. I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top (11th) floor on the corner and the rent was $800/month which included all electricity, water, garbage, sewer, you name it

Management is nice and responsive, I put in a service request for a minor issue and it was fixed the following day. There aren't washer/dryer hookups in the units but the laundry room on the

Tall building with a view in Eugene? Yeah, there aren't too many of those but Lane Towers has one of the best ones in town. My wife and I shopped around for apartments in Campus/Downtown/ SE area for quite awhile before we stumbled on this "little" gem. I don't know what I thought the building would be like but it turned out to be

Overall a good experience. Only moving to be closer to home. A few minor problems, such as limited parking, no washer/dryer hookups, no garbage disposal. Other than that, no complaints. Awesome floorplan in the 1bedroom...Tons of space.
