Pet Policy
One cat or dog allowed. All pets must be 1 year of age, spayed or neutered, and have documentation of current shots, weight and licensing. Cats must be declawed in the front and Dogs are allowed up to 50 lbs with some breed restrictions. There is a $150 Pet Fee (nonrefundable) and we charge a $25.00/mo. pet rent. Pets are allowed in our Pet Friendly Buildings Only.
