Everything is well taken care of. HOWEVER, the Community Room is much too noisy to enjoy a time with a group, for example Bingo. I think you need to install some acoustic tile panels..

Landscaping is done weekly which really makes the place pop. The neighborhood and residents are quiet and no one is loud or boisterous. The compound is set in the back behind a busy street yet it is really quiet. No loud traffic or passer through.

I love it here at Old Donation. It's very quiet and peaceful here. The neighbors are polite and respectful as well. It is a great community for Seniors.

A beautiful property. Both the office and maintenance staff. are very professional, courteous and very personable. It’s a very convenient location in a well designed department.

My 4 years at Old Donation Apts has been a great experience. I feel very safe here, it is a very peaceful and quiet community. Alexis and Jada are wonderful to work with in the office and always very kind and professional. The maintenance staff are so quick to respond to any issue and are always on top of taking care of the problem!
