I've lived here nearly a year and only leaving because I am PCSing. Great quiet complex, the grounds are kept extremely clean and maitenence comes very quickly if there is an issue. Only downside is the walls are thin so easy to hear the neighbors but that's what happens when you share walls with someone

Chelsea was the first place I lived with my husband and it was a great first home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of trees made our summer electricity bill real low.
