Friendly Community

Love it here

We have lived here since 2007 and we love the area, always quiet. our neighbors are friendly. the office and maintenance is always nice. our maintenance request gets fixed fast. its always quiet and peaceful at night. I would recommend chelsea to anyone.

Nice complex to live

Rural location 1st class amenities

We looked around all of NN before deciding to live at Chelsea. It has been a great place to live. Nothing compares to the rural surroungings and natural setting that Chelsea provides. Many of our neighbors are military so there is a lot of coming and going. Very friendly, quiet, quaint community. The office staff is great!

Great place for the value!

The staff were wonderful, going that extra step when needed. The apartments were updated, and the 2 BR had a washer/dryer in the unit. The prices were very competitive considering the great location, slightly off the beaten path, but close to everything.

Chelsea is one of the best apartment communities around N.N. It's safe, good for children, very quiet, easy interstate access, has a great work out facility and pool, the units are very clean and appliances almost brand new. My wife and I just moved here.

Its very beautiful despite the lack of grounds maintance. There was some garbage left behind from another tenant, that we had to clean up in the common backyard...they don't seem to clean up after storms or invest in their grounds-at all. And there is slippery pine straw EVERYWHERE as well as no grass for the most part.

Good Value and Quiet, but...some bullies.

The only compliant I have is that some children are not supervised and bully smaller/weaker ones...that problem was solved by not frequenting the playground or other areas.

Military Friendly

Tucked away off of a quite country road, close to two surrounding military instillations, Chelsea at Lee Hall is an ideal place to live, especially for military families. The quality of living makes the complex more of a neightborhoood than a complex. The staff have upbeat attitudes, which reflects in the management of the complex.
