There is a $40 monthly pet rent per pet and a $500 pet security deposit for the first pet and an additional $300 deposit on a second pet. I lived here 2004-2005 And I never had any issues. I even transferred from one unit to the next just to have more garage space being I had roommates The only neg I experienced was additional parking And when it rains the stairways and balcony are extremely slippery. But other than that I loved it here!
The Colony Townhouse area is well kept; gardeners maintain the whole community fairly well; the pools are always clean; trash is picked up on time except after some holidays. My townhouse is the 3 bdrm 2 1/2 baths and I'm largely satisfied with it. We've called for repairs a couple times since moving here and they've been very cons
