I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my friend and we love it! The apartment is huge, we have plenty of room for all of our things and its reasonably priced. The apartment is super close to campus but far enough away that you can get some peace too. My dog loves walking the courtyard trail and playing with the other dogs around. The

It is a little expensive apartment complex, but it is worth it. No hidden costs. Service free apartments. And if you do need service, it will be fixed the very day you report it. You have the option of picking courtyard side view and/or balcony. Courtyard is well maintained and makes up for a nice view.

Loved this place
I actually ended up with Beau Jardin apartments because of a terrible experience I had with a Lafayette apartment complex. Beau Jardin was a breath of fresh air. maint is the best
very good maint.
As you search for your perfect apartment, please keep in mind that rental rates (including specials and discounts) and availability are very fluid in the apartment industry. Based on many factors, the rental rates (including specials and discounts) and availability can actually change not just daily, but hourly, if not even more quickly.
