Parking at Levee plaza has been a problem for a while: due to lunchtime crowds at daytime, and moviegoers at night. Now the problem got worse: lunch nowadays is apparently 7am to 9pm (so far as I can see by the numbers of people), and the cars outside of movie theater's lot (rather small) get towed, so you can't park by the Neon Cact
These apartments are right above the Levi Plaza, so there's lots going on literally on the ground floor of your house: movie theater, tanning place, lots of little eateries, coffee shops, bookstore, etc. The apartments themselves are quite spacious and new, and security is rather better than in any of the surrounding complexes.
