Pet Policy

Maple Bay is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 if both pets are under 25 lbs and $400 if at least 1 pet is over 25 lbs. There is an additional monthly rent of $25 per pet. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
