Pet Policy

Large pets welcome! Enjoy our New "Bark & Play" canine doggie park with your beloved friend. Limitations include: Restricted Breeds - Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, & Pittbulls; Weight limit per pet is 100lbs - all dogs over 35lbs must live in a 1st floor home. The non-refundable, one-time deposit of $400 for the 1st pet and $100 for each additional pet is due at your Lease signing. There is a 3 pet maximun per home. There is no monthly pet rent & only 2 dogs allowed.
