The Community is great, the staff is not. The staff is not helpful always putting me down when I go to the office or on the phone. One of them hides behind the monitor which is so unprofessional I have been stopped by her at the entrance I cannot go in the office. She claimed that she doesn't check messages, so why is there a voicemail on the phone? Over a month now I have been asking for my schrubs to be trimmed no response. I was asked to send pictures, then I was asked to put it in writing... which I did still no response. This is what we are paying for.
