Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $300 non-refundable fee for cats and dogs and a 40 pound weight limit. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Directions

From Houston take 45S. It turns into Broadway once your in Galveston. Take a right at the EXXON station on to 45th street. Go to Avenue N and take a right. The Park at Cedar Lawn is a ½ block down on the left. Turn into the semi circular driveway at the fountain and park. Walk to the gate and press #000 it will call the office so we can buzz you in. Follow signs to the leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
