This place is awesome! I moved here about 8 months ago and haven't had any problems. The amenities are great. There is free starbucks coffee - machines also makes lattes or cappucinos or lattes or espressos or americanos....you get the point. I have lived here for 2 years and love it. I honestly can't say enough nice things about it - the location, the staff, my apartment quality for the pricepoint. Everyone who has visited me raves about it too. I will be very sad when I move.

I suspect the bad reviews are coming from a previous management/staff group that I didn't experience. I moved in August 2010 and am only moving out August 2011 because we're leaving Chicago.
