We are a pet friendly community allowing both cats and dogs. We have a non refundable pet deposit of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $15/ month for a cat or $25/ month for a dog. There are no breed restrictions, however dogs may weigh no more than 20 lbs. at full grown weight. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
