Two pets per apartment will be accepted. Pets must be fully grown; 2 years for dogs, 1 year for cats. Maximum weight 50 lbs. Some breed restrictions apply. Additional $150 refundable pet deposit applies per pet as well as $150 non-refundable pet sanitizing fee. Additional per month pet rent: $25 first pet, $35 second pet.
