The complex is well maintained. The apartments are nice sized. The appliances suck!!! The oven is a coil top. One rack and not convection. The dishwasher- 1 wash arm!! Need I say more. Fridge - no ice maker! The all in one washer/dryer- not front loads. So the washer does not spin fast enough to get all the water out. Therefore the dryer takes forever to dry the load. Ugh.
