I lived at the Villas for a year and I can honestly say it was a great experience. When I first pulled up and started looking, Hope, one of the property/leasing managers, said they were at 98 percent occupancy. Now, I understand why. I lived here from May of 2008 to January 2010. Having lived at a variety of apartment complexes in Austin, I am a huge fan of the Villas at Stone Oak. First off, the apartments are gorgeous - they are huge, have nice carpet and appliances, and are well-maintained. In the time that I lived there, I hardly saw ANY bugs - which is HUGE.
