Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 60 lbs. The one-time pet fee is $300. Pet fee is per pet and the weight limit is combined per apartment home. Cats need to be declawed. Vet records and photo are required. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid

Directions

From Interstate 10 west exit at Bingle and Voss. Turn left or North on Voss, you will see a residential area on left and right side. Continue on Voss and turn left on San Felipe. Turn right on Winrock Blvd by What-a-burger restaurant. Proceed on Winrock, turn right on Ella Lee. Barcelona is on the right across. From Loop 610 south you will pass InterContinental Hotel on the left side of highway. Exit Wertheimer and turn right. Pass the Galleria Mall going towards Beltway 8. After Briar Hurst turn right on Winrock by KFC restaurant. At the first stop sign, turn left on Ella. Barcelona is on the right in less than half of a block.
