Maximum of 2 pets per home. The pet deposit for: cats $400; dogs $1000. Monthly rent for dogs under 40 lbs is $150, over 40 lbs is $250. 2nd pets are half of the regular rent fee. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. Because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
