We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. There is a deposit of $1,000 and pet rent as follows: One dog - $250, Two dogs - $400, Each dog over 40 lbs - $350, Cats: $20 per cat. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
