Extras include outdoor swimming pool and tanning deck, free poolside Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness center, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and two racquetball courts. Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog weight limit is 100 lbs. Additional rent for pets is $25 per month. Our one-time non-refundable fee for pets under 25 lbs is $300; over 26 lbs is $400 per pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
