We are a pet-friendly community. Each resident is allowed 2 pets per apartment. No Rottweillers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Dalmations, or mixed breeds of these allowed. -- For dogs, the pet fee at move in is $600 and the monthly pet rent is $50. For cats, the pet fee at move in is $400 and the monthly pet rent is $50 as well.
