I have been living here for one ...

I have been living here for one year, after my lease was up I signed on again for another 18 months. I would sign for more but that is the max they offer. It has been a great experience living here. This place is within walking distance ...

This place is within walking distance of everything needed. That's basically why I rented here, so the location is totally worth the price. Also, the staff is pretty quick to respond whenever I have an issue. Keep up the good work guys!

Nice but not a luxury apartment

This place used to be quite nice, however, it has really gone down hill recently. The laundry room for the studio apartments has three washers and three dryers. The middle washer is inoperable. Two of the three dryers are also inoperable and an 'out of order' sign has been on one since July. There is no hot tub which I fi

I have no idea what the reviewer ...

I have no idea what the reviewer from InsidePages is talking about! Cresent Heights does NOT require six months rent in advance! In fact, my security deposit was only $300 and I paid June's rent in full (I moved in at the very end of the May). When I pay rent next month all I have to pay is the balance for May (which is 5 days rent).
