Very nice amenities located in walking distance.
Pros: Great team, passionate people, CH is spear heading the real estate industry in San Francisco and all over the U.S., which is something really exciting to be a part of. Cons: Training could be more regimented and or thorough.
This was my first apartment and I have had no problems with them! When we first moved in there were some roaches but it was taken care of immediately and they were very prompt with fixing my washing machine when I called it in. The ladies in the office are so sweet and the maintenance men are awesome. It's a good price and is close t
Pros: Great people to work for! Cons: Not busy all of the time.
Pros: Coworkers and management are just great people overall and friendly. Hours are approximately 9am to 6pm. They will give you more and more responsibility as time passes and you prove yourself. Cons: Really no cons. Really a great place to work with very friendly people. I think they would benefit from have inter-department meeti
Came here a week ago to look at the apartments. The leasing agent was very nice and the place was well kept and very nice looking. I am thinking about applying here to rent a place
Crescent Heights is a fantastic place to live. The management and agents, Melissa and Jewel, are absolutely magical and have the best customer service skills I have ever seen. After doing a mystery shop in several other apartment complexes around the area I have determined Crescent Heights is the best without a doubt! The walk-abilit
I have been living here for one year, after my lease was up I signed on again for another 18 months. I would sign for more but that is the max they offer. It has been a great experience living here. I live in a Studio loft and I love waking up to the mountain view every morning. Only complaints is the water pressure for the showe
This place is within walking distance of everything needed. That's basically why I rented here, so the location is totally worth the price. Also, the staff is pretty quick to respond whenever I have an issue. Keep up the good work guys!
I found management to be responsive, professional and easy to work with. Located within walking distance of shopping with easy access to the freeway. nice apartments with larger patios than other places i looked at. i would recommend Crescent Heights. nice place to live
I have been a loyal tenant to Crescent Heights for a good 4 or so years, and I can honestly say I am very content. The location is quite ideal, and in comparison to most communities in the area, it is indeed rather "luxurious" for lack of a better word. My only issue has been the gate, in which I have seen multiple people forcing ope

This was my first apartment, and for a first apartment experience I couldn't have asked for anything more fantastic. The staff are always polite and helpful. When something breaks they are quick to respond. No bug or rodent problems, always a parking spot. Only downside is sometimes people like to park BEHIND YOUR CAR and block it, b

Pros: There's a family unity that is created when everyone is either prospering or in the sinking ship together. Strangely, the "us against them" made people bond, and not divide. Cons: Management is oblivious as to what happens in the field and the real world. No one seems to care that most ee's are living check to check. Management
I have no idea what the reviewer from InsidePages is talking about! Cresent Heights does NOT require six months rent in advance!
