I just recently moved into the pacific at mission bay apartments and I honestly couldn't be happier!! Cassandra and Sara are by far the most caring and attentive people I have ever rented from! Any problems I have had (which were not many) they have fixed ether the same day, or the next day, but it has never taken more than 24 hours

Really feel at home at the Pacific. Nice view, nice people, great management. The move in process could not have ran any smoother. Thanks to the front desk attendant Shalese (spelling) my roommate and I landed a really great spot and we are looking forward to our years here at the Pacific.Thanks.
This complex is the most accommodating as any one I've encountered in the San Diego area in the 4 years I've been here! The office staff are so friendly they make it feel like family and they truly care what you think of your unit and the premises. They have such a pretty complex and they maintain the property so well! I just love it

Love love love this apartment complex has very cozy apartments and vary spacious for the pb area! The property management is very helpful and so sweet and went above and beyond to help my sister get into the apartment she really wanted! I could t ask for a better leasing staff and property manager! Great area, wonderful people, beat
I have lived here for almost 2 yrs now. Maintenance staff is very friendly and gets the job done in a very timely like manner. The office staff has a great manager that is always there to address my issues. There are always gonna be small issues no matter where you go. I love the access to freeways. Makes it quick getting where you h
I have moved here twice :)Yes I have actullay moved to this apartment twice. They are so nice from the management to the maintenece I have never ever had a problem that was not fixed on time. The first time I lived here was 2010 my office shut down and they gave me a position in Palm Desert so I had to move. 2 years later I have open
You get the things expected with a PB apartment. Pretty basic appliances but no issues yet. Patios are good size and layouts are large. Maintenance crew is super friendly and are always around. Occasional noise but nothing more than any other apartments I've lived in. Overall I dig it super easy freeway access and a quick trip to th
Close to the beach and a bus ride away from the city center. The Pacific was very well situated and easy to access. Funny neighbors and easy going management.
This apartment complex is in a great location, and I had been bragging to all of my East Coast friends about me finding a place to live that is like living at a resort! It's super easy on and easy off from I-5, only about a mile and a half from the ocean, and it's right on the Rose Creek bike/running trail, which connects to Mission
I was a resident this past summer, other than a few parties my stay there at The Pacific @ Mission Bay was great. The staff was friendly an seemed to take a lot of interest in the tenants. Personally Sara has been one of the best managers i've dealt with since living on my own. Anytime I had a problem she would listen an may not have

So I'm an east coaster moving to SD for the first time and I have contacted many apartment complexes and I must say now that I am actually in SD this place not only looks just as advertised but the staff member that has been guiding me through with all my questions has been amazing! Her name is Shannon and she has gone above and beyo

this is a great place to live! we have called it home for 2 years and are only leaving because we need more space. the staff is awesome and friendly and if we ever had a problem the maintenance staff was there to help. they keep the grounds super clean and parking is great as we were on a dead end street so not a lot of traffic. the
I lived in the complex my Junior year of college. I commuted to UCSD, it is quick and easy to get to the 5 freeway from the complex. It is also walking distance to a variety of food places including MXN, IN-N-OUT, and wienerschnitzel for fast food and close to Sushi Ota and Lenna Thai. The complex itself is nice with a swimming pool,
Checked out this complex for my move January of 2012. The leasing staff was very informative and very professional. The complex seems very well maintained and not too far from the beach, totally can ride my beach cruiser. This one is in top consideration.
Ok place for living in PB. Not too close to anything accept for the 5 freeway, however you avoid the rest of the PB fiasco you get being closer to the beach. Lived there for two years and it was a good first apartment in SD.
We have lived here for 1 1/2 yrs and are VERY happy with this community. The location, for access to shops and freeways is ideal, and the apartments, both 1 and 2 bedroom are very roomy. If you are worried about parking in PB, they have assigned parking and even better, they have garage and carport rentals at reasonable rates. The St
The 1 BR apartments are huge, nice pool area, great location.
I lived at this complex for 18 years and was very sorry when I had to move out due to losing my job. This place is beautifully landscaped, clean and well kept-up with wonderful and pleasant maintenance staff. The roooms are extra huge with tons of closet space. The office staff, in particular the manager Sara, is very professional an

Great staff. Great amenities. Quiet. Close to the I-5. And you can meet some good people here. It's in PB, but not in the middle of the mayhem. As a young professional this spot was perfect for me b/c I liked living near the action (beach, restaurants, bars, golf course, etc...) but not in the middle of it.I highly recommend this spo
